Quinoa is an ancient Peruvian grain that is particularly attractive for vegetarians or vegans, but hearty enough for the carnivore. Quinoa is the only known vegetable source of 7 essential amino acids found in red meat. Layered with a plethora of fresh and seasonal vegetables, spiked with woody spices and fresh herbs.

Fresh, free-range, vegetarian-fed, hormone-free and certified humanely raised chicken. Broth simmered for hours to build the depth of flavor that makes the soup rich. Diced onions, celery and carrots simmered slowly one at a time and fresh dark green veggies and chickpeas make this a most satisfying first course or light meal. There is no better medicine for winter cold and blues than homemade chicken soup.

All of the soups including chicken vegetable and quinoa stew are made with
